"We had horrible experience overall staying at this hotel. Cons: - The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow, making it nearly impossible to reach by car. It’s only suitable for those traveling by bike or on foot, so plan accordingly. - Heaters are not included in the rooms and are only available for an additional Rs. 600, which is inconvenient, especially in cold weather. - The breakfast buffet was disappointing in both variety and quality. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area "

"Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time.
