"Right from check in, all the way until we left, we were really taken good care of. Staff was extremely friendly, professional and always treated with a smile. Dinner at Dhani was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding, the best we have ever had. The performance by the Rajasthani troupe was amazing and set the tone for the evening. "After being in Tamil Nadu for almost 6 weeks, our final stay in this fabulous hotel was one of the best. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. They couldn’t do enough for us. "Well located and walking distance from all tourist attractions. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms might need to be renovated and WiFi did not really reach to our room. "

"I really liked this place, the staff was very friendly anf forthcoming and food was excellent. The beach access is easy and the beach is absolutely stunning albeit wild. "Decent property with good rooms . It's very big property with lots of open space and beach access. Enterence of the property is flashy and gives classy look. Food is huge disappointment, High tea is a shame. Lights are very less which gives seedy look at night. Pool is not very clean and tiles are broken. "Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. "The hotel was in very bad condition. Some of the bedsheets and towels had clear stains. This was rather disgusting. There was no remote control for one of the air conditioners. The refrigerator had a lot of rust inside. The bathrooms were not nice at all. In general the place is extremely run down and it seems like there has been no attept to maintain the place in years.
