When I tried to take a shower, scalding hot water came out — hot enough to burn my skin. I tried to figure it out myself, searching around the room for some way to fix it. I waited standing there naked for several dozen minutes, thinking it might resolve itself in a few minutes, but it never did, so I called the front desk. An engineer was sent to deal with it.
