Step outside to your own private retreat, complete with a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ, outdoor dining area, and a firepit conversation set. All of this overlooks the rolling hills, providing a tranquil escape in nature.

The expansive interior features spacious living areas, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Guests can enjoy the comfort of 3 flat-screen Smart TVs, generous seating, and a gourmet kitchen with butcher block counters and a gas range—perfect for culinary enthusiasts.

The master suite boasts a premium Nectar king-sized mattress, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while two additional guest bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and ample space. The two luxurious bathrooms are beautifully appointed, and the home’s design exudes modern elegance at every turn.

Off-street parking available for up to 4 cars.
Located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood—please respect the neighbors and keep outside noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool. The pool is not heated but warms up nicely in the summer.
This home has a split floor plan and requires stairs; it is not wheelchair accessible.
No pets allowed.

As a host, I strive to be available 24/7 and if you need anything I am just a text, phone call, or Airbnb message away. I live nearby and can quickly respond in case of an emergency.

5 stars – Relaxing Templeton Getaway with Pool & Spa!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Templeton this June. The property was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool and spa — perfect for relaxing in the warm summer evenings after exploring Paso Robles wine country.The house had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a great outdoor area for dining and lounging. It felt peaceful and private, yet still conveniently close to town, wineries, and restaurants.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Central Coast retreat!

Great place to stay while visiting Paso Robles. We enjoyed the large open living space, the outdoor pool/spa and the gameroom with Fussball, Ping Pong and Darts. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to enjoy barbecuing outside.We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Stylish home with great pool/ outdoor space

We had a fantastic stay! The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and spending time together—plenty of seating, shade, and space to spread out. Inside, the home was stylish and open, with a modern design that felt both comfortable and upscale. Highly recommend!

The Property and Pool were GREAT, nice and clean! Pauline is an EXCELLENT Host!!! So accommodating and responsive. Highly Recommend booking with her. The Cleaning Ladies were so sweet and helpful. Great 4th of July!

We stayed for four days over the 4th of July weekend. We loved this place. House was quite clean! Kitchen had everything you need and more. Beds were super comfy. Though in a neighborhood, the house felt private and safe. Pauline was helpful and very responsive. Access was easy. Pool and hot tub were clean and functioning properly. Lots of pool toys and floaties in garage. Couldn’t have asked for more. Only thing to share is that it has several steps in different places (inside and out) so possibly might not be best option for someone with mobility issues. We will return again!

Family wedding getaway

We had a great time staying in this home. It was spacious and well stocked. Beds were comfortable as was the shared space furniture. The art work was an unexpected surprise. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were all in good working order. The highlight of our stay was the pool and outdoor spaces. We would love to return and go wine tasting.

Quiet retreat

This house is a good size and has a pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, it was rainy and cool during our stay so we did not use the pool. The hot tub was used once and functioned properly. This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but nothing is walkable. The house was well equipped with towels. The only issue I had was with cleanliness. One of my pet peeves is strange hair. I have very short hair, so i know when a hair is not mine. There were a lot of long hairs and dust bunnies. A little more thorough cleaning would have earned this place 5 stars.

Peaceful

Went over for a wedding and has such a good time at the house with my granddaughter, kids and their spouses. House was very nice. Deer walking through yard daily. We relaxed, okayed games, used the hot tub and the pool. I would love to come again. Owner even allowed an early check in so we could go enjoy a beach day before wedding festivities.

Beautiful house; well stocked

We had a wonderful stay in Templeton. The house had plenty of space and was well stocked. The pool and hot tub were great. We especially liked the view from out there. Can't say enough great things about the house. the VRBO website is lacking tho I found it difficult to use and hard to find information. I much prefer Airbnb.

Lovely house with nice furniture, large yard, and lots of places to relax and unwind. Not far from restaurants and wineries. We hired a driver to take us to different wineries, none were more than 20 mins away.

Nice place for a getaway

The house was very spacious with interesting decor. Beds were comfy and the entire place was spotless. The only minor negative were the showers which are very modern and look great but the Waterfall shower heads tend to cause a bit of splashing.
