The Space:

This home features 6 bedrooms with 12 twins which can be combined into 6 king size beds upon request.



If you're coming to town with a large crew this is the perfect place to stay.



Each side has 6 beds, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with upgraded



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and enter through the front door with a smart lock code which will be provided upon completion of the guest check in app.



Other Things to Note:

All stays are covered by our stay albatross $3,000 accidental damage waiver with your reservation. Things covered include accidental damage to furnishings and linens, house wares, electronics, plumbing. Not included: intentional damage or undisclosed damage caused by guests. Incidents must be reported immediately at or before check out and documentation must be provided.



There is a $50 additional guest fee per guest after the 12th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests.



If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

Pets are allowed however pet privilege fees apply (PER PET - this is not a cleaning fee):



1-5 nights: $25/night

6-14 nights: $150

15-29 nights: $200

30 nights+: $300/month

we offer a complementary mid stay clean for stays longer than 30 days or upon request. An additional fee may apply. This is not a laundry service.
