Great Property and Location
We were looking for a place that split the distance from Disney, the beach, and San Diego so we could do a lot of exploring in the week we were there. This location was perfect. We were around an hour drive to everything we wanted to do. Besides that, the location is secluded enough that after a day around thousands of people you feel like you have some privacy and can unwind.The property itself was well kept and clean. The 5 bedroom allowed our extended family of 10 to spread out and the game room in the garage helped keep the kids entertained. The pool, hot tub, and deck area were a hit and we spent most of our evenings there with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset view.The hosts were extremely responsive. The morning of our second day I let them know we had an issue with a burner on the stove and a leaky shower faucet. They asked to come that day and fix the issues, which they did.A couple things to note - not negative but worth being aware of -- There are limited supplies in the kitchen - the regular plates, bowls, pans are there but if you plan on preparing larger meals there you may not have what you need. We were able to do breakfast for 10 with what was there and grill out steaks on the provided grill.- If you want to have the hot tub running you need to contact the hosts on the app and let them know. This wasn't an issue at all as each time I sent a message for this they responded in less than 10 minutes. This is just something to be aware.
