Take a stroll through the endless rows of Olive Trees or variety of numerous fruit trees, and watch the sunset over the mountains as you roast marshmallows by the fire or make dinner on the BBQ.

Whether you wish to watch TV by the fireplace or play foosball, this arpx 2400sf home has what you need to enjoy a short or extended stay. Choose from a stack of board games to play with your group, or sip champagne next to patio. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people, with 4 lovely bedrooms, a fold down sofa bed, and 3 bathrooms. This Olive Grove Oasis home is the ultimate vacation destination for anyone looking to absorb the beauty and culture of Temecula Wine County.

Our home is located behind a stunning aprx 75 yard gravel to paver driveway that leads to ample parking on the premises for you and your group. The driveway space can fit up to 6 cars. The house is also ride share app accessible if you visit wineries or have a toast. Do not drink and drive.

Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties.

Events or parties are not allowed. No vendors may be used at the property. 8 people maximum should be on the premises at any/all times, which is limited to the party booking the property. Please note that Riverside Ordinances and good neighbor policies restrict certain noises, including but not limited to the hours between 10pm and 8am, and those will be enforced. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed, and accountability for all will be the responsibility of the guest. By booking you agree to the foregoing. Please feel free to inquire for more information about policies and fees.

As with parts of wine country, WiFi can be tricky and a hotspot is the route to get it. We have a WiFi hotspot, but service does not always work and therefore is not guaranteed with the house. (Expectation should be no wifi.) We do have television service, which is provided though DirectTV with ample cable channels.

We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing and contact us with any questions.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, vaping, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability for any discovered or claimed damage, including to property, furniture or odors.

Absolutely no pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.
