Nearby, there’s also a cozy DEN with leather chairs and a large HDTV. Out on the BALCONY, there are some comfy lounge chairs and a magnificent HOT TUB with mountain views.

The KITCHEN and DINING areas are slightly sunken but still wide open to the living space. Featuring stylish matte black cabinets that are topped with white and gray quartz, the center of the kitchen includes a spacious, tiered center island with seating for four. The premier appliance suite includes a top-of-the-line gas range, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There’s also a wet bar for preparing cocktails and next to the kitchen, the DINING ROOM has a circular table with seating for eight.
