This three-bedroom Mountainside Inn unit has multiple decks and a private hot tub overlooking the river plus a ski-in location, making it great for groups!

*Please note: Parking in the town of Telluride is a growing issue. Mountainside Inn parking spaces are limited, and permit availability is first come, first served. We strongly encourage you to consider one of the many local shuttle options in favor of driving. Should you choose to drive, and use one of the Mountainside Inn Parking Permits, there is a $20 per night parking fee. If there is no Mountainside Inn parking available, you may need to park overnight in one of the local paid parking garages.*

Guest enter this first-floor condo from the courtyard of the Mountainside Inn. Upon entering, there is a small storage entry hall before the home opens up into the living space. The open living room features plenty of windows to view the San Miguel River, as well as a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and queen sofa sleeper. There is also access to the large private deck with a private hot tub from this area.

This space is open to the kitchen, which has a breakfast bar with seating for four. The kitchen has newer updated appliances with plenty of space to cook. The dining room, which is also open to this space, has additional seating for six and also has access to a large private deck. The hot tub is completely private and offers great views of the San Miguel River.

To the right of the entry is the first bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen TV and a small riverside deck. A full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is attached. The second bedroom is located off of the dining area and it features a queen bed, a twin bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a stall shower with stack-able private laundry.

Spiral stairs lead up to the third bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV, private deck and bathroom. The bathroom is spacious and has a double sink and a jetted tub/ shower combination. This bedroom shares the living room's skylights and is partially open to the living space below (no door).

Complimentary wifi is included. A well-stocked vending machine and coin-operated laundry are located on the property. There is no A/C at the Mountainside Inn.

The Mountainside Inn is just two blocks from the grocery store, and about a 10-minute walk from historic downtown Telluride. The river trail offers a delightful path through town, and the free in-town shuttle picks up about a 1/2-block from the Inn.
