It is conveniently situated less than a two-minute walk to the Gondola and Chair Lift 8, providing easy access to skiing in the winter. In the summer, it is just a few blocks away from the Telluride Festival Grounds and the scenic San Miguel River Trail, perfect for a variety of outdoor activities.

    Important news as of 5-15-26: The National Weather Service predicts a 2026-27 Super El Nino winter snow fall in the southern mountains of Colorado, such as Telluride. Lift 8 Lodge is the perfect Ski-In-Ski-Out location!

    Lift 8 Lodge combines comfort and luxury and is perfectly configured for 3 couples or a family. This luxury Telluride 4-bedroom townhouse for rent includes 2 king guest suites. Location, location, location. A very quick walk out the back door to the gondola and an equally easy walk to everything that the Town of Telluride has to offer. The house was very clean, everything worked and the host actually met us at the house and showed us everything. I would definitely stay here again.

You cannot beat the location, 2 short blocks to the town gondola, restaurants/bars all within walking distance. Place is just as advertised. Highly recommend.

Great house and location!

There were 7 of us in Telluride for our son’s wedding. The house easily accommodated us all. We were able to walk every where we needed to go, shopping, restaurants, groceries, and gondola. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!! Thank you to the owners for sharing such a lovely place!😊

The beds are on the main floor and basement with the kitchen/family room upstairs so it was nice to escape if you needed a minute in the quiet. Beautiful house for a group of 7 adults. Everything is good - bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, eating and sitting areas. The only drawback for my husband particularly was the dozens of family photos, when he would prefer to feel the place was “ours” if only temporarily

We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient and cozy. Bunk bed mattress es were unsleepable even for our 8 year old. Beds overall could have been better. They are also doing construction next door. I had ear plugs and my wife is an easy sleeper but with windows open in summer, be aware. Would stay there again.

Property was well cleaned and ready for us. Spacious layout with the multiple floors and the upstairs being a great common space. Located right around the corner form the Gondola to Mountain Village and a block off the main street to all restaruants, theaters, cafes, shops, bars, it is a perfect location! Communication before and throughout our stay was great! The only confusing thing about the listing on VRBO versus the agreement you sign in order to stay is the difference in max guests, it is ultimately 8 people though on VRBO it stated 9. We ended up having a second house for the weekend given our group expanded so was not an issue, but I would double-check your guest count to make sure you are following the rules for stay. This property would be a great spot in the winter for anyone wanting a great ski/snowboard getaway but be close to everything downtown Telluride offers rather than staying in Mountain Village.

Reviewer Comments: We rented many properties from Welcome to Telluride,and they represented many very nice mother always said "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything" so I will say the house is very nice,but I agree with the review of JoeMary M that you never feel like it's your home for the week because of the owners family pictures! We have rented all over the USA and never encountered this before.They are everywhere,even in the bath rooms. I always go back to the VRBO listing to see if I missed something,and the pictures DO NOT represent this property correctly!The VRBO ad only shows a few in the living room,but they are everywhere and sorry but they are also not good pictures !
