Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Almost Heaven - Telluride

A perfect place to hang your hat while exploring Telluride. This home is located a short distance to both the town of Telluride as well as the Mountain Village. The house was very comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this house for a couples getaway or for a small family. Go enjoy Telluride - it truly is heaven on earth!!!

Beautiful Interior but loud if going to relax.

Property is beautiful on the inside. Although needs some updating in furniture for comfort. Couch was very dated. If you are going to ski very close access to the bus system. If you are going to relax very noisy with how close the condos are. This property also backs up to a construction yard which was very loud from morning to late afternoon. Home itself is beautiful and very "restoration hardware" done. The blinds need to be updated because some were not workable. Overall very pretty home.

Lovely MV home

This house is located in the Meadows and is a short drive from the Gondola and Mountain Village Center. It comfortably fit our family of four and our family pet! It was fully stocked with everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, lotion, kleenex, paper towels, lip balm, and sunscreen, etc). Convenience items totally not expected but appreciated! The pictures accurately reflect the views and the lovely, updated charm of this house. My daughter loved the loft room with the bunk! If we haven't purchased our own gem in Telluride by the next visit, we will be back.

Beautiful renovated home in perfect condition!

We have rented a lot of vacation properties but I have never seen one this well maintained. It is beautifully renovated and lovingly cared for. The attention to detail here, from generously sized bath products to plush towels and bedding to everything you could ask for in a kitchen stocking is truly impressive. The home has plenty of living space for a large family or small group. We were a family party of 6 and the hubby and I took the lovely master upstairs, thoroughly enjoying the balcony area, our 2 daughters enjoyed the cool loft bunk room, our eldest son took over the basement den room with the sleeper sofa and our youngest son luxuriated in the queen room on the main level. The house was also white sock clean. As far as locations go, the house is in the meadow area of Mountain Village where a lot of locals live. The neighbors were quite friendly and the trip to the gondola was easy. (You can take the town bus, call the free (you do need to tip) car service or drive to the free parking in mountain village. (You can also hike over but it is a blue trail and will take most people 15 to 20 minutes.) In the winter season it looks like the home is close to the chondola and a restaurant that is open seasonally. Overall I can't recommend this home highly enough, it is just an amazing property!

Great location, beautiful house

This house was very up-to-date and had a great location. It was an easy drive to the gondola, which whisks you into town on a great ride. The decor in this house was amazing.
