Peaks2beach DWELL-TELLURIDE

The space is small but every inch is optimized. The nicest 800 square feet in Telluride. Open floor plan with modern amenities. Space for a family of 4-5. Situated one block away from the gondola and skiing/biking, two blocks away from Main Street, and a short walk to Town Park. The condo is one of 13 units in the Spiral Staircase complex, centrally located (two bedrooms/one bathroom unit). The building offers UNDERGROUND PARKING for one vehicle, which is ideal during the snowy winter months. There is onsite coin operated laundry facilities (first floor), an outdoor courtyard grill, and a ski locker (on the ground floor). We share the building with Telluride Bottle Works (liquor store) and you are walking distance to all the restaraunts, coffee shops, and bars in the Town of Telluride. The gourmet galley kitchen offers a conduction stove/oven and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, trash compactor, and full size refrigerator). A center counter adds additional counter space and kitchen table that seats 4-6. The kitchen opens to the living space where a comfortable couch and leather chairs. There is a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has bunked double beds and separate single bed.

Brian and Stephanie are amazing hosts and their place is cozy and very close to the main street. Our family had a great time. Views are great from the windows. As soon as you step out, you have easy access to restaurants, local marketplace and less then a minute walk from the gondola station. Communication was great and Brian provided great recommendations as well. We had a great time and highly recommend staying at this place.

5 star everything!

To start the location is absolutely perfect. We were newbie skiers, so with the gondola less than a block away, made it very easy for us to get to the mountain village in our snow boots. The kitchen was perfect for our family to have breakfast and any meals we needed there. It had all the appliances and basic needs. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was great and with extra necessities and first aid. Very thoughtful and nice to find!The owners were very responsive and helpful. This is a perfect place with an excellent location!

This was a great property in every way! The location was fantastic located by the gondola and just a couple of blocks off of Colorado. The property itself was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Overall one of our favorite places we’ve stayed in Telluride.

Amazing stay in Telluride

The property was beautiful inside with modern updates to the kitchen and bathroom with everything you need. Location is unbeatable with a couple block walk to both the gondola and main street. Stephanie and Brian were quick to respond to all communications and provided an excellent list of restaurants and bars in the area. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Telluride.

As good as advertised!

It’s really appreciated when the ad matches the actual place, and this hit the spot. Plenty of room for my 2 kids and I. One block from the gondola and two from the main strip in town made for the ideal location. Highly recommended to everyone!

Ideal in Every Way

Two of us (friends) stayed at Brian's place and it was perfect in every way. Homey, well equipped, great shower, comfortable beds, state of the art appliances, plenty of places to put belongings, and in the perfect location in Telluride, a block from the gondola, a block from ski rentals (Christy's), a block from Baked in Telluride (bakery and coffee shop), a block from main street, pretty much a block from anything you might want. I stayed in the smaller bedroom by myself, but it could easily sleep several kids. Will definitely try to book it again next time around.

Three Day Weekend

The place was perfect for a visit. Very quiet/peaceful for a condo with others around it, very comfortable, all of the modern amenities (bathroom, kitchen and TV...), literally minutes from the gondola, restaurants and everything else. It could not have been nicer!

Best location in Telluride!!

We enjoyed every single single thing about this condo. Location was great, 2 minute walk to go grab a coffee, if you decide not to make it yourself. Gondolas are also 2 minutes away walking. We loved the views from this building. We just fell in love with Telluride and when we go back we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for being amazing hosts.

Clean and modern in great location

This property is perfectly placed in Telluride...steps to ski rental, the gondola, and restaurants. Inside is clean and kitchen is well furnished. The only improvement suggestion would be a real coffee pot vs a french press. Overall the space is a little cramped but overall most time is spent outside in Telluride.

Unbeatable Location in Telluride

Great condo literally a block away from fee gondola, market, wine shop, and several restaurants. Great kids room with bunks along with master for adults. The kitchen is full of high end appliances and everything is fresh and updated. It also had the fastest Internet I’ve ever seen at a rental. We loved this place. Six stars.

I came to Telluride with my family and the condominium was awesome! It was perfect location you could walk everywhere you wanted to. Everything was so close and so convenient! The gondola is a few steps away and the week could not have been better! Thank you so much for being such wonderful hosts and we hope to see you next year!
