Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. "The staff at the front desk were very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and very nice. There were two large tiles missing in the shower so that keeps it from being five stars. The location is very convenient in the cemtral part of town and a short walk from the train station. The tradeoff is that it can be loud into the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday nights as people going out to local bars congregate by the hotel. It’s just something to be aware of but I would still...

"The room was large and bright. The bed comfortable. A beautiful view of mountains and the bus stop 2 minutes from the hotel. The lady at breakfast was sweet, kind and helpful. We checked in late at night and there was a 24h "phone help" who guided us to where we could find extra pillows."
