Only 1 parking spot with the unit so if you have more than 1 car it is a long walk from the free parking at the Lodge but this seems to be the standard in Keystone. "We took it as an off season getaway to see the colors. Everything was good. Places to eat were a short drive. Coffee was available just across the lake. Clean nice place. We would go back again. Note: The location has no hot tub - and in fairness that is stated in the description but I have never been to a mountain resort that didn't have one somewhere. "
