"Best service and welcoming. Historic Hotel in perfect conditions: cleaning and maintenance. Very comfortable rooms with all the essentials. Good breakfast with a nice selection of different products. Great locations with amazing views, 5min walk to Crans Montana main street with shops and restaurants. I would defiantly come back to Bella Lui. What I liked the most? : The friendly staff, the are so nice and helpful."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."

Really close to a small lake with some fun activities, including mini golf. Also very close to a mechanic stair that brings to the ski area ropeway."
