"We had such a nice stay. The staff especially Aaron (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) were so kind and helpful. It is a cozy place to stay within close walking distance to all of the Nederland businesses,restaurants,the creek and the reservoir."

"The rooms and common areas were very clean, very modern chic. There was a nice path out back to an outdoor sitting area, we even saw a fox hanging out while there! It was a nice, relaxing stay. We stayed in early summer, so it didn't get too hot. But the building does not seem to have central air, so this might be a better winter stay!"

"The rooms were very nice but the bed was a bit hard for us. Half the elevators were not working so there was always a long wait with a crowded elevator and we were on the 27th floor. The restaurants were average but very expensive with not so great service. We had to change rooms due to the A/C not working but they gladly moved us. Overall it’s a nice hotel well laid out and equipped rooms. There is one very important note that families should be very aware of and it’s that people absolutely...

"Clean room. No microwave. Requested for ground floor room but due to rush season got allocated to upstairs. There were no elevators and had to carry the luggage thru stairs. That was inconvenient. Hotel is well managed and in prime location."

"Great for families, we loved sitting outside by the hot tub enjoying the hummingbirds. We spent most of the day exploring town and this is a great home base for that."

"Nice area and beautiful surroundings. The condo organization make it difficult to come and go - the doors lock at 8pm and the entrance codes don’t work. No one is around for help if you get locked out (twice). Other couples had same experience. I had to stand outside waiting for someone to exit before I could enter. Very inconvenient-"

"The rooms itself were cool. However, they should be for younger folk. The 2nd bed had STEEP stairs to get up to the loft. 2 of my family members are physically unable to climb vertical stairs, so I ended up going up. Scary to get down! Need to have a way that the steps are able to pull out. Because of the 4th of July affected their supplies of food, they hardly had anything to eat. It also wasn't ready at 4pm. It was 5:30 before they got done cleaning. Trash wasn't emptied from prior guest...

"The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter."
