"I was disappointed with my stay at The Westin Monache Resort Mammoth. Before, arrival, I sent two messages asking a simple question about room amenities, but I never received a response. This was not a good start and left me feeling that guest communication was not a priority. Upon arrival, I discovered that the lobby was under renovation. "Great option for solo travelers. The place is very clean, and the kitchen is a nice bonus. The only thing missing is an extension cord. because there’s no outlet by the upper bunk"

"The room was cozy and clean. I could tell there were recently upgrades to the room like fresh paint. The bed could use a new mattress but not horrible. My only other suggestion would be hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. But all in all I really enboyed my stay and will book there again. They were very accommodating as far as my request for a downstairs unit."
