The Space:

This spacious penthouse offers a calm, stylish retreat with breathtaking sea views from nearly every corner. Thoughtfully designed for comfort and togetherness, it blends modern luxury with a welcoming, homey atmosphere, perfect for families, friends, or groups seeking a relaxing stay.

Four large bedrooms feature quality queen bedss, wardrobes, and air conditioning, creating cozy, restful spaces. Soft lighting and tasteful furnishings add to the calm atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Thick curtains provide privacy while still letting in natural light.

The penthouse includes two sleek bathrooms and three toilets, all clean and thoughtfully maintained. Functional layouts and modern touches make daily routines effortless, while small conveniences enhance your comfort during longer stays.

The living areas are open, airy, and designed for connection, with multiple seating areas that encourage conversation and relaxation. Large windows fill the space with natural light, highlighting the stunning sea views. High-speed internet and three TVs ensure both work and leisure needs are easily met.

The Jacuzzi, located on the main terrace, overlooks the sea and significantly upgrades the hospitality experience.

The penthouse has many common spaces and seating areas that give a feeling of togetherness, a warm and family atmosphere with an emphasis on quality and luxury.

In addition, we are always available for you and we will make sure to accompany you at every stage during your stay so that you can maximize your experiences and have the best time.

Please note that we only have thick curtains but not blackout curtains in the bedrooms.

Bat Yam feels modern yet relaxed, blending city energy with seaside calm. Mornings invite coffee walks along the promenade, afternoons are perfect for shopping or exploring local streets, and evenings offer gentle sea breezes and sunset views. It’s a neighborhood that balances convenience with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.



Getting Around:

🚌 Public Transport Everywhere — Many bus stops across the city for easy and convenient travel.

🚆 Two Railway Stations — Direct train connections to the north, south, and center of the country.

🚶 Walkable Layout — Comfortable streets that make exploring the city simple and enjoyable on foot.

🚗 Easy Driving & Parking — Plenty of parking spaces and less congestion compared to larger cities like Tel Aviv, making car travel smooth and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

1. Animals - It is forbidden to bring animals; our apartments are not suitable for this.



2. Smoking - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The apartment has a sunny terrace where you can smoke. Of course, while smoking, the cigarette must be put out and extinguished in an ashtray.



3. Parties - The apartments are not intended for mass events or celebrations of any kind.



4. Age Requirement – The minimum age requirement for this property is 30 years old. Reservations that do not meet this requirement may be canceled.



5. The price indicated on the website is for tourists / foreign residents. Without the tourist visa permit, an additional VAT of 18% will be charged on the total booking price. We will not be able to release the full arrival instructions without this payment.

For tourists to avoid this charge, please provide the following:

- Non-Israeli passport

- B2 entry permit (blue or green small note from the airport)

- The reservation name and photo must match the passport and entry permit.
