"The room was perfect .. staff excellent. We were disappointed by the restaurant.. paid an exorbitant amount for a Christmas dinner that was not well presented, cold, dried out ham and wait staff lacking .. we were given a token discount but really took away from our Christmas.. "

The hotel is a little away from the busy area which means it’s quieter overnight but close enough to make a quick wander back after an evening in the city. "Our Buswells stay was excellent! No complaints! Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very courteous. Just remember to book a table for drinks in the bar as space is at a premium and it’s disappointing but unavoidable if the bar is busy and consequently there are no free tables so having a drink on the premises becomes a problem! Overall it’s a lovely hotel! "
