Welcome to our duplex, upper-unit one-bedroom home located in the heart of Tecumseh. We are centrally located; walking distance to Tecumseh Arena, St. Anne's Church and the shops and restaurants on Lesperance and Tecumseh Road and also a quick drive to Lake St. Clair, WFCU Centre, Walkerville/Windsor or anywhere else you need to go.

The space
Our unit features an open concept living area with comfortable seating and big-screen TV. The updated kitchen features a central island with seating for two and lots of prep space.

The spacious bedroom is located off the living room and features plenty of natural light.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire upper unit of the home.

Please be aware, there are several stairs leading to the main entrance. Please be careful when ascending and descending.

Other things to note
While your unit is private with a private entrance and only accessible by you during your stay, the bottom half of the house is also occupied so please be courteous when in the common areas of the property (outside) and mindful regarding noise.

We ask that you NOT park in the driveway to allow unrestricted use as well as access in and out of the garage for the long term tenant living
