"Wir haben hier zwei Nächte verbracht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Der Service gut. Pool und Fitnessstudio sehr gut. Das einzige was zur Verwirrung führte war das Frühstück. Es gab Frühstück in der Lobby und im Restaurant. Hier müsste zumindest ein Hinweis an der Tür o ä stehen, damit man nicht im Restaurant ordert und anschließend die Rechnung bekommt. Bei uns zum Glück nicht"

"The front desk representative was so polite. I had an issue with the tv in my room and he was quick to come up and fix the problem. So kind and professional! The beds were comfy, the room was big and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I 100% would stay here again."

"No hot water the morning we were checking out and they’re only response (at 6:30 am) was they would have maintenance look into it when they started their shift and not that they would immediately call in maintenance to fix the issue for hundreds of guests who needed to get to conferences, meetings, etc long before the shift started. Breakfast has gone downhill a bit since we last stayed"
