Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. "When I checked in at 7 pm there was no one at the reception desk and I had to wait 15 for someone to arrive. The parking directions he provided were very complicated. The coffee shop had an extremely limited menu and hours and the staff was frequently unavailable for about 10 minutes."

"Very nice property in Baltimore. We attended a concert at CFG arena with easy walking distance. Nice bar and breakfast in the hotel, with nice rooms. Definitely recommend. "

"Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. "
