"The room was nice but you could see light underneath the door. The Continental breakfast was a bag of dry cereal. Everything else was good."

"Area safe, clean, and walkable. The building, an upgraded 70's style hotel, had two enclosed courtyards, (one had a pool). Visitor access to the lobby computer/printer/scanner. Vending machines, snacks sold in lobby, dedicated reading area with calming music. A+ for this category hotel."

"Our room had a very fowl odor of something rotten when I went to the front desk to report it and to see if we could get to a different room I was advised that that was not possible and then if I didn’t like it, I could leave and go to a different hotel they did offer a refund. On Expedia it says there is a breakfast and that is a lie. They call it a grab and go which consists of a fruit bar, or small muffin or a package of oatmeal and coffee that’s it."

"Do NOT stay here! It was not a clean place I felt dirty the whole time. The room smelled so gross and musty. One of the pillows had dirt on it. There were stains on the carpet as well. I didn’t have a private bathroom and had to share one and being a young single woman I was scared and the booking didn’t even specify I wouldn’t have my own bathroom. The service was so bad there was only like two people working there. Save your money and book somewhere else!!!"

"Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218."

"The staff was friendly and accommodating, moving my room to a quieter part of hotel after I advised I worked graveyard and needed to sleep late into the day. The room & gym were clean. Parking was easy & available. I did not try the breakfast. "

"Great staff waited when running late to check in and friendly. Parking in San Francisco is always bad, but they are available public parking lots for pay. My main issue with the hotel is that the toiletries lack, no hand soap, one roll of toilet paper and no floor towel for the bathroom, so when showering floor got wet."
