The entrance was a little hard to find, and the lobby was a bit shabby, but fine overall. The $30 mandatory "resort fee" is a major drawback, and would make me look at other properties instead of this one for future travel to NYC."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Ludlow Hotel. The service was exceptional, every staff member was friendly and attentive to make our stay comfortable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-appointed, and the hotel itself has such a charming and stylish atmosphere. There were a few minor issues, like hearing the wind through the windows, low water pressure in the shower and a small leak from the bathtub hose. These did not significantly impact our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience...

We made a request for a tv in our room but when we got to our room there was no tv. One of the $10.00 bottled water was open (we will probably be charged for it) and also the refrigerator was not cold at all. "
