"The noise was around 3am was the only issue I had during my stay. The hotel is beautiful, staff was very professional, and location was centrally located to all of my ventures while visiting the city."

"Location is very convenient. Parking is $55 which is too much but good thing is right across you can park overnight for $22. Breakfast was excellent but the hotel overall is old. Does not give a hotel vibe. Furnitures old. Rooms not clean. Our room did not have a trash can in the bathroom. Staff was great but won’t stay here again as you can fine better hotels to stay in the area for the same price. "

"The staff were very helpful and polite. I just wish the fan in our room was not so loud while it was running. We had a hard time sleeping due to that. Regardless of that, the location was perfect and easy for us to get around town. Josh, and the other staff working in the kitchen and front desk were very polite. Kudos to the team!"

"Be ready for surprise charges if you use expedia and stay at this hotel. The location was chosen because of convinece. It was already exapensive as is, but for the convinece of location, it was worth it. With that said, a surprise extra charge was issued. These expenses were not discussed before hand, with expedia stating in email everything had been paid for. These expenses were also not disscussed at check in. An individual staying here should be prepared to pay hidden fees and or expenses."

"The hotel overall was okay, now there’s a few key issues with it, the AC in the room is controlled and it doesn’t go under 66 degrees which for Houston is not cold, you’ll be very hot at night, the TV volume will not go above 30 which means you can barely hear it, the bathroom door has 0 privacy, all sounds and smells will go out to the room, the pool has no supervision whatsoever and kids will make your time completely insufferable, if you are looking to enjoy the pool you need to go very early...
