"My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well."

"Could not take showers in morning because no cold water in shower, all hot. No other rooms were available they said. Were also told it would be 2to 3 hours before maintenance man would be in for the day to look at it. Were told we could not get refund due to the fact we used a third party (expedia)."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is very close to the Cool Springs Galleria and many restaurants. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door is very close to the commode which doesn’t give you much room to get out of the bathroom. "

"The coffee station was well stocked but not kept warm throughout the day. The renovations were not intrusive but closed the gym. The television in the room randomly shut off a few times. Not sure why. Otherwise everything was as expected. The breakfast bar was always stocked with good and fresh food. All of the staff was nothing but friendly and courteous. "

"The breakfast sele tion was lacking compared with the many Embassy Suites that I've stayed at in the past. Food ran out quick and the staff could hardly keep up. I was charged on my credit card for parking of which I was never asked if I had a car, and never was I asked for a vehicle tag or registration number. Truly unprofessional!"
