"Front desk and restaurant/buffet staff were excellent. Super kind, considerate and helpful. Room was just ok. Bathroom is painfully cramped. Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel."

"The hotel, suite and exercise room was great! The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay again. The only things that could be better is the amount of chlorine in the pool. It was very strong! It burned all of the kid's eyes later that night. Bring goggles!! There was also a very loud knocking noise that came from the pipes in the shower. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The outside is overgrown and lacking signs. The hallways are dirty and smell like pot. At check-in they charge you a $100 deposit."

"We loved our 2 night stay in this atrium style hotel. The lobby area downstairs is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and well distributed. The hotel is a little dated but still very clean and up to par. Excellent area surrounding as well."

"Good location to where we needed to be for the weekend. Check-in process was quick, and pool looked pretty BUT hotel is completely outdated, strange smell from the minute you entered the building, no one at desk to answer questions. We bought an air freshener for our room. I heard multiple guest mention their air was out. Stains all over carpet in rooms, and halls. Bring your own laundry soap if you’re there for sports. Our lights flickered most of the stay. Super disappointed with what we paid...

"Location is great and staff is very helpful but rooms are so dated. The carpet in my room had duct tape in spots. The toilet is so low that it almost hurts your needs. Kitchen appears to have been upgraded but mattress probably has not been in 15 years."

"I came to this place at 1:00 in the morning because the other place kiteville was closed down or at least posted to be vacated and disgusting and I couldn't get in so the gentleman who I guess owns this place was very helpful I could call him and answer the phone and that was really really nice but the place is really dirty"

"Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there."

"These particular hotels are not made for one night visits, they are definitely for those who need to stay for a week or longer. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean but… for some reason when we were there it was a bit noisy with doors slamming after midnight and children playing upstairs. I think they advertise a breakfast which is a danish and coffee. Overall, it is a sufficient place to stay, but next time I think we will stick to hotels that are geared to one night stays ."

"This disgusting dirty hotel (can't really call it that!) is a disgrace! Looks like the rugs haven't been cleaned in years! No plastic cups in the bathroom to use and when asking the clerk at the desk he couldn't find any anywhere! The idea of a light breakfast is a joke! The soda machine takes your money but didn't dispense any soda! Called a studio with a kitchen, but no plates, silverware, pots or pans or anything to use or cook with! I would never recommend this place to anyone!"
