"Check in was painfully slow, even though I was the only guest at the desk. Clerk said she could not log into computer. After a co-worker came out to help and said it was ready to go, she still struggled for a long time even though I had booked and paid for the room on line. This irritated both me and my wife, who was waiting in the car. The room was generally clean except for the bathroom floor which was sticky to walk on. Ugh!! Breakfast was crowded and disappointing. "This was my 2nd visit to this property and this stay was just as nice, though shorter. The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean and the bathroom lighting was great. Our room was a few floors over the outdoor area, which people were enjoying, so it's nice that people can socialize other than in the lobby. "the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent , the staff was very friendly too. the negative are parking lot pavement was old and all cracked up, really needs a resurfacing now. the elevator carpet was very dirty and ripped across the front of it we didn't have yfi 2 out of the 3 days and hot water 1 of the 3 days"
