"Customer service was great until staff didn’t communicate properly about the parking and when told they made a error now she had to talk to other staff and I wanted a regular room they gave me a hearing accessible room when trying to change it I was given the run around thru Expedia and request wasn’t granted cause Expedia said they couldn’t get into contact with anyone and ask for a refund and repurchase the room like how is that a good option? Overall love the hotel and hope I get my refund...

"This hotel hosts an event during the weekend of the Kentucky Derby. Unless you are attending the event- I would avoid the hotel during this weekend. Many hotel amenities are adjusted to cater to those participating in the Derby event- it’s not beneficial for guests who are not."

"There is a bar in the building that is loud until midnight. The parking fee was higher than the site warranted. The sofa couch was not suitable for any over 5' tall. It all depends on the room you get in terms of the experience. I would not stay there again, as it was more costly and had little to recommend it. No microwave in the room. Fridge froze my food overnight, making it useless and uneatable. NOT appropriate if you cannot walk up steps easily. I think a regular hotel room would have...

"The room and house were gorgeous! So many intetesting things to look at. The host couldn't have been more accomodating and friendly. It was a memorable stay and we would definitely stay here again. "

There was a master switch that had to be turned on or some of the lights wouldn’t work. Also the air conditioner was very loud but I just turned it off as the room was cold. "Hello, the location was great. The room was nice. Updates could be done some of the furniture. And fixtures are old and starting to wear out. There's no clarification on the parking. Once you get there. You notice that there is a pass. So you can park in the parking lot, but it didn't necessarily give you detailed information on that. Until you got there and hoped that you don't get towed."
