"We recently stayed in the Hideaway, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our visit. The entire property is gorgeous. The staff is courteous, and the breakfast is amazing! The history of the home and allure is second to none. The grounds were beautifully manicured and you are close to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone. The only drawback is that the mansion resides very close to a busy intersection and with that comes some noise. "

"The room We Had for 3 Days the bed was pushed down in the middle Kind of uncomfortable to sleep So we slept on the little sofa in the room. We loved the gym."

"Staff was rude , room had no ac and we asked repeatedly to have it looked at or move . Elevator was out and we had to carry our bags up flights if stairs . Hoghway was very loud next door . We left after 45 minutes of waiting for something to be done about our stifling hot room ."

"Only 1 elevator working for entire hotel. I’m happy to take stairs, but there’s not a way to get to the first floor taking stairs. The door on the first floor only goes outside and there’s a sign saying that door will alarm if you open it. It’s a fire door. I ate breakfast there, it was a very small buffet, not much offered. The next morning I decided to eat out. The pool water was cold, but the kids didn’t mind and had fun. I loved the sound proof room! I slept very well. The mattress was...

"The refrigerator was not cold it was on some sort of timer and I had insulin that needed to stay cold. The electricity was out for over 3 hours so we was sitting in the dark but the hallway light was on so I’m assuming they had a back up generator but not for the rooms that people payed for"

"Very kid friendly! The pool was nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Only thing we struggled with was the chlorine content of the pool. "

"Clean nice rooms , great self parking. Only issue was lighting in hallways very dim although there were cameras in every hallway direction I personally as a woman didn’t feel comfortable walking down the hallway by myself unless I was with my boyfriend. But still overall the hotel was nice and we definitely enjoyed our stay."
