"We had a bad experience traveling to Kansas City and were a little frazzled. Our circumstances required an earlier check in time, so I called ahead to see if it was possible. Initially, they were unsure, but checked the rooms/housekeeping and called me back within the hour to let me know we could check in early. That small gesture meant so much to our family.
