"Came here for our anniversary. This place is a 10. From the amazing staff to the beautiful well appointed rooms the fantastic 12 o’clock standard checkout. The bed was absolutely delicious. "I’ve stayed at the W before and have enjoyed my experience. I booked my daughter a room for her bday and she was asked for a $500 deposit for one night! That is insane and I wasn’t aware nor communicated about this deposit beforehand. Additionally the room wasn’t available at the time of check in. Pretty disappointed to say the least."
