Michael at the front desk was awesome, he even walked my friend and I over to the ovation mall which is very close but it was nighttime and we are two senior women, he also told us to call him and he would walk us back. "A little noisy location"

"I don’t usually leave reviews, but this stay was bad enough that I feel I need to. I’ve stayed here before, but this visit confirmed I won’t be returning. The hallways and interior rooms smell heavily of moisture, and our first room was so bad it was hard to breathe—even with a dehumidifier running. Looking back, I should have paid closer attention to reviews because it seems like mold is a common issue here, which is honestly concerning. We ended up switching rooms three times. "Alles im Hotel, auch das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings haben wir einen Stuhl im Zimmer vermisst, das Sofa ist für ältere Menschen sehr niedrig. Auch auf Nachfrage war kein Stuhl verfügbar. Aber alles im allen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch Dank der vielen schönen Pflanzen überall."

"Absolutely adorable! Very well kept. Bar is inviting and had a 3 piece jazz band for happy hour. They were excellent. Dining was really delicious. The only issue we had was the noise from the dining area was right outside our bedroom door. And I couldn’t help wonder if we had any kind of privacy. And rooms are modern and look sharpe, but are very small."
