After your days at the beach, you’ll love nothing more than coming home to the beautifully designed living space, flick on the TV with Freeview and spending time with your loved ones. With a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on hand for you to enjoy your favourite holiday meals.

Warm and welcoming for a winter stay, Kuku Villa offers a heat pump with a heat transfer system to keep everyone at the perfect temperature throughout your stay.

Four bedrooms including two sleepouts, with three bathrooms and a full laundry ensure everyone has enough space and privacy to spread out and unwind.

Te Awanga is filled with plenty of scenic spots and a beautiful beach, pack your beach bag and head to the beach for the day, or head to one of the picturesque vineyards, with Clearview Estate, Te Awanga Estate, and Elephant Hill within a five-minute drive of this Te Awanga holiday home.

Lovely location

Overall the location and size of this property is great, especially for a large group. We were however disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. We found the floors to be very sticky and have a lot of dust and grime on them. We also found a lot of the kitchenware like plates and cutlery to be dirty and required additional washing before use. Overall we really reccomend the location.
