"I used this hotel for a business trip. Nice room with beautiful views over the city, good service and breakfast. Gym is excellent. The coffee shop in the hotel provides for a good place to work - good Internet connection. Used Taxify app to travel to and from the hotel. Very convenient."

In general no complaints, the only issue is the type of guests (but it is typical for Georgia in general): there are a lot of families with children and their parents permit them to do everything, e.g. start playing at 00.00, beat the walls, play at the corridor at 2 am etc. So if you are coming for business it is better to ask for quite room…"

"We stayed at Citadines for 3 nights…and we found it ot be great value... it’s a bit difficult to find as it is in an alley next to the Marriott Courtyard, however, the apart-hotel is nice, new, clean, fantastic location, the room was spacious but the bathroom was small…staff could be friendlier. Wifi wasn’t good enough, so this would be the only complain, apparently not many rooms have good wifi."

"Good location (next to the station square and central railway station). Easy to travel (from airport or to didube station). Staffs are nice and helpful. However, the hotel locates next to the road during the day there are many horn sound from the traffic. This may effects to someone who has a difficult sleepjng."

"Not recommended. Could not pay in advance with a credit card so had to venture out after a long day of travel to get cash. In room safe did not work. No hot water. Uncomfortable bed."
