Located in Waubaushene, ON, this four-season retreat welcomes you with a peaceful setting on the Sturgeon River, just a short paddle from Georgian Bay. From the moment you arrive, the stresses of everyday life begin to fade, replaced by the tranquil sounds of nature and the soothing sight of water gently flowing by. After an easy drive off Highway 400, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the beauty of cottage country, ready for a relaxing getaway.
Step inside, and you’ll be greeted by an inviting open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, the perfect space to gather with loved ones. The cozy cottage accommodates up to 4 adults and 3 children comfortably, with additional options to host more guests if wanted (up to 6 adults & 4 additional children are welcome). The three bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged, each providing a peaceful retreat for families. Warm wood tones, tasteful decor, and a spacious layout create a comfortable atmosphere that invites you to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, and a large sectional in the living room ensures everyone has a place to relax.

Spend your days lounging on the patio, playing yard games, or paddling down the river on the available kayak, paddleboat, or SUP. Waterfront Sturgeon River is small, approximately 3 feet deep, with a sandy bottom. There are some weeds but it’s generally good for swimming.

Huronia Museum. This museum features a replica of a "pre-contact" Huron/Ouendat village, including a lookout tower, wigwam and a full-size longhouse. St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort, which has 36 different ski slopes for downhill skiers and snowboarders, and Mountainview Ski Centre which offers 35 km of groomed cross country and snowshoe trails. For skaters, the Tay Community Area is just 10 minutes away.
