Welcome to Marina di Mancaversa, in the heart of Salento, one of Italy’s most charming regions, famous for its crystal-clear waters, white-sand beaches, and rich cultural heritage.

This cozy and elegant, fully renovated apartment (2024) offers guests everything they need for a pleasant and relaxing stay just a stone’s throw from the sea. The property is located in a residential neighborhood with private access, about 800 meters from the nearest rocky beach and just a few kilometers from the beautiful sandy beaches of Punta della Suina, Lido Pizzo, and Gallipoli.

The apartment, completely renovated (June 2023), is arranged over two levels. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable terrace fully equipped with a table and chairs, a large beach umbrella, a Jacuzzi (available from June 1 to September 30), and a pull-out sun lounger with side tables, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.

An outdoor staircase leads to the upper level (first floor), where there is a small terrace furnished with a table and chairs and equipped with motorized awnings.

From the small terrace, you enter the apartment into the elegantly furnished dining area, which is adjacent to the modern, fully equipped kitchen.

Both bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, spacious closets and dressers, and a TV.
The master bedroom opens onto a balcony, which is also sheltered on all sides by motorized awnings and where the washing machine is available for guests’ use.

All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens.

The house also has a safe.

The entire house and outdoor terrace, including use of the hot tub, are for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the house.
