Nestled between the Loire Valley and the Beauce plateau, this gîte enjoys a convenient location, just 100 meters from a shopping area and 2 km from the banks of the Loire River, perfect for lovely walks or bike rides. You'll be staying in the heart of a region rich in heritage, close to the iconic Loire Valley châteaux.

Comfortable and welcoming, the accommodation has been designed to make you feel right at home, whether you're traveling as a family, a couple, or with friends. Everyone can enjoy convivial spaces ideal for sharing and relaxing.

Nearby attractions include the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, the Basilica of Cléry-Saint-André, the medieval town of Beaugency and its castle, and of course, the unmissable Château de Chambord. On the ground floor, all on one level:

- a bedroom with a 140x190 cm sofa bed
- a dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (188L refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 3-zone induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, Senseo pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.), a bar table with 2 stools, a dining table and 6 chairs
- a living room with a sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, stereo system, board games, etc.
- a utility room/pantry with storage space, washing machine and cleaning supplies
- a separate toilet
- two bedrooms, each equipped with two 90x190 cm single beds (which can be joined to make a double bed)
- a bathroom with toilet

Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden of approximately 105 m² with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided). A private parking area in front of the house can accommodate up to three vehicles.
