Summary:
Located within walking distance from the base of Mt Maunganui known as Mauao, the apartment is close to everything that there is to love about this top holiday destination. Walk everywhere, - the main beach, cafes, restaurants, parks and downtown! This modern two bedroom apartment is located in one of the nicest apartment buildings in Mt Maunganui and offers a large swimming pool and hot tub on the 3rd level and a gym for your enjoyment.

The Space:
This two bedroom modern apartment is located directly across the road from the main Mount beach. The living area is upstairs and opens up onto a deck where you can enjoy the afternoon sun overlooking Mauao. The bedrooms are downstairs, each with an ensuite. The large swimming pool and hot tub are an easy access on the third level and you also have use of the gym.
The apartment also offers 2 secure carparks.

Guest Access:
The guests can access all areas of the apartment as well as the swimming pool hot tub and gym. Hot tub may be unavailable for use during summer months

We can provide quality highchairs and porta-cots with clean fresh linen, these can be ready at your property in time for your stay.

Great place

Awesome place to stay, very close to everything. The apartment had everything required for a family of 4. Only one fault is we think the previous people staying had cooked fish in the room the night before and it smelt that way. The clean seemed a bit rushed but other then that very nice place.

Fantastic location, great apartment

The location was fantastic, so handy to the beach and Mount! Have 2 car secure car parks was such a bonus meant we could store all the surf boards and bikes in the garaging area. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in, had everything we needed from linen, to towels, to stocked kitchen & appliances. The TV and wifi such a bonus for our kids, as was the air conditioning for us adults. Communication with Kristin was easy and efficient, nothing was a problem. We will be back next year for sure 🙂

Couldn’t be better

I am a bit reluctant to give an excellent review as I would like to keep it a secret. From the comfortable beds to the quality kitchen crockery and cutlery, fault just cannot be found.

Great spot

Great spot, perfect location. Well equipped with everything you need. Extremely comfy couch. Street noise and large fans outside the room made the bedrooms a bit noisy but wouldn’t stop us going back. Had a fantastic time even thou the spa went cold and couldn’t use it after the first day :( Can’t wait to get back down there for another holiday. Thanks for having us

Great place for a Kiwi holiday

The apartment is very close to both beaches and the Mount Hotpools. Comfortable beds, well furnished and 2 car parks. Just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Ideal for one or two couples or families with older children. Nice pool area too.

Great accomodation, in a great location easy walk to shops & dining.

No spare rolls of toilet paper & leaving the keys in the apartment proved to be difficult when trying to leave. As well as trying to locate which park gate we should go to, this was not the one closest to the mount it was the furthest. Other than that everything was perfect & we all really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great location, good for 2 couples

Check in process was easy. Plenty of space and privacy for 2 couples. Each couple having their own bathroom was a bonus with a spare toilet on the kitchen/lounge level as well. Kitchen was well equipped. Short stroll to beaches and shops. We enjoyed our stay.

Thoroughly Recommended

We stayed for 5 nights and had no issues. The apartment is clean and well maintained in an excellent location close to everything. Quiet complex with great facilities. everything went smoothly from booking through to arrival and to departure with clear instructions from Kristin. Very enjoyable stay.

Great apartment and location

We stayed here for 8 nights and really enjoyed it. Had plenty of space and everything we needed. Would've been great to have a few more staples like some milk and we only had 1 laundry tablet which wasn't enough travelling with a family. None of the exhaust fans worked in the bathrooms which was a bit annoying. The pool was great, the shallow pool was heated, just no shade around the pool so couldn't relax and enjoy it. Great to have a car park and easy access to the beach and harbour. Would stay here again

Everything was as-advertised. The apartment is nice, was clean, and a pretty well-equipped kitchen. Very short walk to beach, cafes, and the Mt. Quick and helpful communication with the property manager.

Absolutely perfect!

We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! The apartment was centrally located with a stunning view of The Mount! Decor was beautiful and homely and the rooms extremely spacious!! Can't wait to visit again!

A great spot

Thank you for a lovely property in a great spot for a stay at the mount. We thoroughly enjoyed the location (close to shops cafes and the beach). The apartment was really well presented, the check-in and check-out process was seamless. I would highly recommend the apartment - we look forward to another stay at some stage.
