Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment nestled at the base of Mauao in Mount Maunganui, just across from the invigorating saltwater hot pools. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by the tantalising scent of freshly made waffle cones drifting up from Copenhagen, the Mount's renowned ice cream shop downstairs.

The apartment is ideally situated only a 2-minute stroll from the main beach and a range of delightful cafes. Take a leisurely walk along the newly constructed beach boardwalk for stunning ocean views.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable layout featuring 1 king bed and 2 singles (king split), making it perfect for small families, couples, or corporate stays. The apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals, and two full bathrooms, one of which includes a relaxing bathtub. In addition to a dual washer and dryer to take care of your laundry needs.

The balcony provides an ideal setting for relaxation, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age

- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own

- Strictly no parties or gatherings

- No pets

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
