The entire house is available for your stay.

When the pull out single bed is made it is not possible to shut the bedroom door. The bed can be moved into the upstairs lounge if needed.

The stairs are very slippery, be careful if just wearing socks.

Please be careful of the barrier around the deck as it is low and the drop is more than 1m on to the grass.

A 7 minute stroll through the reserve leads to the lake. Taupo town is 5 mins by car.

**Please note that the bedroom and bathroom linen is included in the cleaning cost. You may just wish to bring pool/beach towels**
