This large 302sqm property has been designed to give guests plenty of space, and areas to spread out and relax. The entire home consists of the main house, and the upstairs self-contained loft – all of which you will have to yourself.



The main house has 3 Bedrooms, main living area, kitchen/dining, 2 Bathrooms including the master suite with its own ensuite and sitting/reading area. The upstairs self-contained loft has 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Living area, and kitchenette. The loft would be ideal for a couple, small family, the grandparents or teens.

Bedroom 1: 1x King Bed (Master suite with ensuite & private deck)



Downstairs



Bedroom 2: 1x Queen Bed



Bedroom 3: 2x Singles (these can be made together as a King on request)



Loft - seperate entrance



Bedroom 4: 1x King Bed (can be split into 2x Singles on request) + 1 x Double fold-out Sofa Bed (suitable for 1 - 2 small children, or 1 adult only)



If you require the beds to be split or put together, or if you require the sofa bed, please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival.



House Rules & Information:



The property is not fully-fenced and there is a steep part of the section near one of the decks which you will need to be mindful of with young children.



Parking: There is off street parking for up to 4 cars. Please note there is no garage access.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property.
