Built in 2023, CatchN'Relax is brand-new and sure to impress. Beautifully furnished with guests in mind. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features 2 living areas, a spa-pool, entertainers kitchen with coffee machine and scullery, plus all the modern amenities you could want for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.

The polished concrete floors have underfloor heating to keep you toasty in the cooler months.

Located in the very sought after Nga Roto Estate, you will enjoy being near to the new Countdown Supermarket, and Taupos latest and greatest indoor/outdoor entertainment centre ‘The Landing’. CatchN'Relax is only a 1 minute drive to The Landing, where you will entertainment centre for all ages "The Landing". At The Landing, you will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, and places to eat & drink. There really is something for everyone - Tenpin bowling, Arcade games, Taupo-themed mini-golf, The Cave Virtual Reality Studio/Simulator Racing/Virtual Escape Rooms, Indoor Bounce Park and Children's Playground/Ninja Course, Mavericks Restaurant & Bar, Cafe Lacus, Sugar Mummas Dessert Bar, and so much more!
We have discount cards for our guests that can be used specifically at The Cave Virtual Reality Studio - please let us know ahead of your stay if you would like us to leave some at the property for you :-)


Bedding configuration is:

Bedroom 1: 1x Queen (this bedroom has an ensuite)
Bedroom 2: 1x Queen (this bedroom has an ensuite)
Bedroom 3: 1x Queen
Bedroom 4: 1x set of Single bunks, and 1 x King-Single bed.
Second Living area: 1x Double sofa-bed, and 1x Single sofa-bed. If you require bedding for these, you will need to let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. We recommend that the sofa-beds are best suited to children for comfort reasons.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events or loud groups. No pets allowed. This is a non-smoking property.

Nightly rate includes linen and exit clean. The house must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried and put away before your departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged.

Friend's Catch Up.

Beautiful property, excellently maintained. We had a lovely time together. A few things for the owner to be aware of. 2pm check in preferred. There is a panel of soffit over the garage door that is loose. All but one of the catches on the hot tub cover are broken, probably due to careless guests. Overall we gave the property a 5 star rating and would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A Home Away from Home!

We absolutely love this property! There were seven of us, adults. I love the fact that there are two rooms with ensuite plus the main bathroom with high quality and modern fittings. Although we dine out and only cooked once for breakfast, the kitchen is well equipped with quality cookwares and cutleries. The linens, pillows, bed covers, towels are sparkling white, which i love the most. I would give a 99% positive rate for this property. The 1% percent negative is for the bed which i find a bit too firm for me. Well, let’s just say its not the same as my super king size and comfy bed at home. But this is normal so I totally understand and I cant blame the property owner for this. I still highly recommend this place. I must mention that the house is very warm. Super comfy especially in winter time. And lastly, the rent is pretty high but you get the satisfaction for what you paid for. If you’re in group then the cost would be less. If time allows I would love to come again in future..
