Deck needs to be replaced, very dangerous for older people. The check in was bizarre, met with owner's sister who in great detail explained what should be explained a manual. Luxury Ocean Front Beach House
We were 4 male golfers who stayed 2 nights. It is a beautiful spot, close to both Fox Harb'r and Northumberland golf courses. Right on the water with stairs to a smooth rocky beach. It was exactly as described and worked perfectly for us.
