This charming rustic style country villa with private pool is set in a peaceful environment and very tastefully furnished with lovely big windows in the living room. The golden beaches of Tarifa and Bolonia are only 9 minutes away by car (4.5 km). From the verandah you will enjoy the magnificent views on the surrounding landscape.







Location and outside area

An unpaved road of 300 m leads to the privileged location of this country villa in the El Estrecho Natural Park. This house is adjacent to Villa Tarifa 001 and part of a hamlet called Betis in the municipality of Tarifa, a 15 minute drive away (13 km). Tarifa is famous for great windsurfing and for its wide, golden beaches with clear blue waters. In front of the house you will find a lovely verandah with beamed ceiling and a small garden with a private pool of 8x4 m. You will enjoy your alfresco dinners with far-reaching views over the surrounding landscape; patio furniture and a barbecue are provided. For a day trip, the rock of Gibraltar is only 45 minutes away, while an hour drive will take you to the cities of Cádiz and Jerez de la Frontera (the nearest airport). The city of Málaga with its popular Picasso Museum is one and a half hour away.







Inside and lay-out

The owner built this property in a traditional Andalusian style, with whitewashed walls, terracotta floors, and an open fireplace. The dining/living room has a high beamed ceiling, lovely big windows, and an open-plan kitchen. The accommodation has satellite-TV and a radio/CD player. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. Three double bedrooms sleep 6 persons and share a tastefully decorated bathroom of 20 m2.
