Wonderful 5-star Villa Palazzo di Letizia is located in a small picturesque place Vabriga near Porec town in Istria!
The lavish estate has 697 m2, and the mansion itself boasts 287 m2. Villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 8 persons.
A lovely exterior provides peace and privacy, away from curious glances. The garden is well manicured and full of greenery. An outdoor swimming pool of 33 m2 is ideal for enjoying your day in the sun. Cozy beach chairs, a sun umbrella, and an outdoor shower are also here to provide additional relaxation. The outdoor dining area is ideal for a family gathering and socializing under the open sky. Wooden barbecue is also in the garden. We recommend trying traditional Istrian meals, such as fish with olive oil, truffles, etc.
The interior of the villa exudes class and elegance, furnished with a lot of love. It boasts designer furniture and artistic pictures in every room. A modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a stylish dining table remind of a homey ambiance. Comfortable sofas and a flat TV in a living area can be your oasis after a whole day exploring Istria.
Four stylish bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, and three are placed on the first floor. From each, you can enjoy a park view.
A pet-friendly villa also offers 2 parking places, while pets are available on request, with possible charges. The interior is air-conditioned in all areas. Baby chairs and baby cot are available on request.
