Welcome to our beautiful country house near Tar, Croatia. This charming property is a two-storey villa with a stunning swimming pool to cool off on hot summer days. Forget all your worries in this spacious oasis of calm.

The location near Tar allows you to explore the natural and cultural beauties of the Istrian region in Croatia and guarantees an unforgettable experience in our cosy country villa with swimming pool. In the centre of Tar, 900 m away, you will find a grocery shop, bar, pharmacy, restaurants, parking spaces for charging electric cars and much more. The nearest beach is at Lanterna campsite, 5 km from the house.

Outside the house you will find a spacious pool area surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and parasols to enjoy the sun and relaxation. Next to the 72 m2 (12x6) swimming pool there is an outdoor shower to cool off after a refreshing dip.

On the ground floor, a modern and fully equipped kitchen welcomes you with an elegant island in the centre, perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen overlooks a large, open-plan living room, tastefully furnished and equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs to spend pleasant and relaxing moments together. From the living room you can access the large covered terrace from where you can enjoy a marvellous view of the pool and the garden.

On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom, both carefully decorated to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

Leaving the house, you can enjoy the covered terrace, equipped with a large dining table and comfortable garden furniture - the ideal place to enjoy al fresco meals amidst the tranquillity of the Croatian countryside.

For barbecue lovers, there is a dedicated area with a modern barbecue where you can prepare delicious grilled dishes to share with your loved ones.

As for parking, you don't have to worry as the house has a private car park on the property, ensuring comfort and safety for your cars. The nearest charging station for electric cars is 1 km away, charging cars indoors is not allowed.

*The deposit must be paid in cash to the owner on arrival and will be refunded on the last day, provided that no damage has occurred.

* Smoking is permitted on the terrace and outdoors, while smoking is not permitted indoors.

*The nearest charging station for electric cars is 1 km away, car charging is not permitted at the house.

* We kindly ask our dear guests:

- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,
- use the accommodation equipment with care,
- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to notify the owner of any damage caused, whereby the owner will demand payment of the costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.

Tar (Tower) is a small farming and fishing village, only 5 km from Poreč (Poreč). In recent years it has developed considerably, full of flats and beautiful villas with swimming pools that can be rented, several excellent restaurants offering typical Istrian and German dishes, bars, children's playgrounds, supermarket, tennis courts, a magnificent race track, horse riding centre and much more.
During the summer months, the town organises frequent and varied events that are very interesting for tourists. They organise parties, dances, tastings and presentations of wines, olive oil and typical Croatian menus.
In the town you will also find a pharmacy, a dental and medical practice, a bank, an ATM, a grocery shop and several fruit and vegetable stands.
The tourist train station, which takes you to the beaches (sand, pebbles and rocks) of the tourist village of Lanterna (5 km from the house), is 800 metres from the property. The racetrack, tennis courts and equestrian centre are nearby.
The harbour of Santa Marina, where you can buy fresh fish directly from the local fishermen, is only 5 km away.
The strength of the town of Tar is its tranquillity and the fact that it is only a few kilometres away from two well-known tourist centres such as Novigrad and Poreč. The Istralandia water park is only 12 km away.
