Knotty & Nice €“ One Bedroom, WiFi, Washer / Dryer, Walking Distance of Main St & River Knotty & Nice is located in a wonderful spot. It's within walking distance to Main St. and the ski lifts, and only two blocks from Mallette Park. This cozy 779 sq ft cabin is a furnished one bedroom with a King bed, also there a Queen size Sofa Sleeper in the living room. It has a one-bath floor plan that comes fitted with a tub/shower combo. The spacious bedroom comes with a walk-in closet for plenty of storage. If you need some space for thought, use the office nook privately built onto the master bedroom. The bathroom is updated with a tiled shower and granite sink countertop for a clean and polished look. The living area is set up with satellite television and WiFi. There's a small breakfast nook to enjoy meals along with a large, open kitchen. The kitchen comes fully stocked with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer. Use the gas stove for colder nights, and for warmer evenings use the welcoming wrap-around deck that's perfect for a barbeque, as you'll have access to a large gas grill. Knotty and Nice is a non-smoking, pet-friendly unit with a washer and dryer installed for convenience. Trailer parking is available to those who need it. The property has NO Air Conditioning! Knotty & Nice is dog friendly, we prefer the pups to be under 40 pounds.
$75 per pet/2 pet max, charged separately by the property management company after booking.

Very nice property in a convenient location. The house was very clean. The washer dryer was a great asset along with the fenced in wraparound porch for our little dog. Communication with the host was very easy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much!

Knotty and Nice location is so convenient to Mallette Park and the town! Grocery nearby. House was well-equipped for our needs including Wi-Fi and the wrap around porch provided being outside to enjoy nice views of the mountains.

Spoiled! Won't want to stay anywhere else

Outside is so-so but the inside is great. Loved the little vestibule where you can take of your muddy shoes and dry off your fur kids feet. Very happy to find a NICE place that allows pets. We've stayed in others but they were pretty run down and lots smaller and more primitive.

Cozy and convenient

We had a great time staying at Knotty and Nice in Red River. It is just a few blocks from downtown and the ski lifts, so it was a perfect location for our snowboard trip. Check in was smooth and parking is right in front of the house. It was roomy, clean and well appointed for the two of us. Highly recommend!

Two adults and small dog. Kinda pricey. But worked well for our stay. Location is great, updated kitchen and bath but furnishings were a little run down. We really didn’t like the bed set up. But overall, it was ok.

Wonderful stay

We came to Red River at the perfect time. Weather was amazing and the fall colors of the trees were perfect. The property manager kept in touch with us prior to arriving. Check in was easy. Our code was wrong to gain access into the cabin but a quick call fixed that. No worries :) we road ATVs and had a blast. Loved that the cabin had a washer and dryer so we could wash our clothes before coming home. It was cozy and felt like home. No complaints here! We will book again!

Cozy Cabin

Loved our 6 days in Red River. The cabin was perfect for us. Plenty of space, but cozy. Close enough to activities in town to walk. Would have liked a little instruction on the thermostat, but we figured it out! We would definitely stay here again.

Cute but dirty

Upon arrival dog hair everywhere, we texted them asking them to come reclean put new sheets on bed while we were out of the house from 430 pm until?? We arrived back at the house about 930 pmish to find a comforter just thrown on the bed with dog hair still everywhere. Called the vacation rental place they did put us in a different place to stay however we picked this place out. If you are going to allow pets make sure you have dang good cleaners.

Very cute cabin

We loved the cabin. Really cute. Our only issue was the DVD player didn't work and the front door wouldn't latch. The reason that mattered is we have a 6lb dog who would jump up on the door and open it and she could get through under the gate on decking. I could see a toddler being able to do that too. We hope to come back in September!

Red River Cabin

Property was spacious and perfect for two people. Not much of a view but location was close to town yet off of the main street. Very quiet and only one story which was very important to us due my wife needing knee replacement surgery.

Loved it!!

My dog and I enjoyed our stay very much. The place was clean and had a great location. We were able to walk around the area just about every day, and could get anywhere we wanted to from there by walking! We will be returning to this place again soon!
