The house was great for 8 adults, 3 of us are men. Everyone had enough space and yet we didn't feel like we were far apart. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were clean. The hot tub was hot and operational. The one compliment was the bathtub/shower was a little small for the men. We also weren't sure if the front door was locked while we were inside. Overall the house suited our needs and wants. Hopefully we can book it for next year Poconos weekend. Thank you host for answering my questions quickly. Kerry

The property has ample space and is really quite nice. I would stay there again. The problem was that we had a mouse in the pool mid-stay and were not sure if we could swim. All we wanted was access to some test strips to make sure there was enough chlorine. After a message and a call, I did not hear back from anyone until the middle of the night with the directive to "use the skimmer."

The house was great, the main issues were the deck in poor shape, a lot of nails out which cause us injuries, and there was a hornet nest on the house which bothered us a lot. The house need to be maintained better, other than that it’s a nice location and a good house to stay. Good pool, but the owner won’t let you heat it up further than its agreed temps, which sucks if it’s a bit colder outside

We stayed here with a large group, including several kids.Pros:- Layout worked well for a big group- All king beds- Extra fridge- Fully fenced pool—great for child safetyCons:- Water pressure: Only one appliance can run at a time—if someone’s bathing, you can’t wash dishes or run another shower.- Moisture issues: Visible mold in showers/ceilings, mildew smell from basement. Alarms in house going off due to moisture. -Safety hazards: Non-functional, abandoned gazebo. Deck area had missing railing poles, exposed nails, warped boards.- dangerous with kids -Location: Constant noise from highway. Yard is a hill down towards highway. Not ideal for play -Sparse amenities: 1–2 trash bags, no drinking water, no pool towels, one shower towel per guest.Major Concern:At 11:30 PM, the smoke/CO detector gave a “poor air quality” alert. Calls, texts, and VRBO messages to the property manager went unanswered for over an hour.Fire Department had us evacuate the house while they checked for carbon monoxide—waking SEVEN kids, including toddlers and babies. We found a wet and dirty HVAC filter, leaking water heater/HVAC, standing water in the utility room, with a towel. Host finally texted back “the alarm goes off because of the monster in the house.” He later called to clarify moisture sometimes triggers alarms—a known, undisclosed issue. No apology, acknowledgment, or compensation for a lost nights sleep. The other problems were tolerable, but this was unacceptable.

The pictures are NOT accurate! The landcaping was abdominable, trash shed was disgusting, trash around the pool, inside- several overhead lights were not working, kitchen/pots/pans were dirty. Requested HVAC assistance- no one showed. Come to find out, the thermostat was being controlled remotely and found the microphone to be enabled. Complete violation of our rights! DO NOT rent this place.
Front door- main lock broken.
Door bell gone.
Front door knob broken.
Trash shed (based on the amount of trash, there were at least 2 visits prior to ours).

Beautiful home with plenty of room for 18 of us. Extra large bedrooms and living area. Lots of pool floats and toys. Plenty of seating inside and out. Stores nearby for anything you might need. Perfect place for a large group of people.

As a large family, we all voted on this house because of the amazing pictures, especially the pool and tiki bar area! And having young kids, the swingset looked perfect and the large space around it for them to run around. The reviews seemed great.Well, the pool was very nice except an area the liner was coming off the side, but that didn’t hinder our swimming. But the tiki bar area, the thing that made us choose this property, was awful. Not sure the last time anyone did any kind of landscaping, but the weeds were BEYOND overgrown. The entire area looks like no one has even hosed it down. There were piles of tile randomly sitting on counter tops, the sink had a cinder block covering it, and the beautiful outdoor brick pizza oven had a nasty rusted door and was a disaster. We would have really loved to enjoy that area, but steered clear of it while outside.The amazing pergola area, with the BEAUTIFUL grape vines all grown on it offering a gorgeous shaded spot to relax was also a disaster. Weeds overgrown everywhere, and the seating area clearly not cared for.The front walkway and any other areas around the house were overgrown and had very tall weeds everywhere. The swingset, which the kids were excited about had overgrown bushes so close the swings would touch them if the kids used them.1 upstairs bathroom vanity was not clean when we arrived. Condensation on the floor next to the air hockey table. Nail pops all over the aged deck and some indoors also. Needs alot work!!

Great house

The house was great and location very convenient. The heated pool was an absolute highlight. The only downside was that certain things that are typically available in rental properties- like pool towels - had to be brought from home. But overall a very nice house.

We had a wonderful stay apart from the rain and cold weather we experience, we were able to enjoy the pool jacuzzi deck and house regardless of the fact. House was cleaned well, perfect temp for us, huge space and extra spots to sleep beyond the 6 bedrooms there’s another room with two pull out couches which was perfect. Can sleep two people per couch, plus in a part of the home there’s another pull out couch. Plenty of space. They provided for many essentials which I think was fair. Wish they did provide for bathroom essentials like small soap shampoo conditioner but that didn’t take away from the home. Please make sure to pack extra towels they only supply enough towels per person for showers but you can also wash and dry if anything. They do provide life vest but most were broken. No pool toys/noodles but that’s ok cheap to buy. Outside by the terrace lights did not work for us. Pool had a deep side as well as a shallow side was perfect for the kids. Pool was perfect temp during 60 degree weather. Dining room lights I believe went out at some point but there was enough lighting. And there is not a TV in any rooms only 3 tvs in the house dinning room living room and game room. Dining room tv remote only worked one day for us. We did need more instructions but communication was great with property manager and he didn’t live to far away if we needed him. Overall house was phenomenal, spacious, fun.

Amazining Poconos-trip

We had such as good time in poconos and staying at this place.We were group of 12 adults and 8 kids-family and friends.The house was better than we thought.I highly recommend staying here if you big group.

Camelback weekend

Great property! We had four families stay in the house for a ski weekend. There was plenty of space, the game room was awesome. The kitchen had everything you needed in the hot tub was a fun bonus! Just under 15 minutes to Camelback for skiing and tons of restaurants and stores around the corner.

If you’re thinking of renting this home do not hesitate! The pictures are great but do it no justice this home is beautiful, the rooms are huge from the game room to the 2 huge flat screens in the living and dining room areas it was perfect for family time dinners and fun activities. it was perfect for my family and I or any large group.. They even had a Christmas tree for the added touch thanks Lenny was so easy to reach and got right back to you when we contacted him. Did I mention it is smack in the middle of every store and activity you may need or want about 6-7 minutes and 15 minutes from ATV rentals which we did enjoy and also snow tubes at Camel Back resort my children nieces and nephews said that this is our house from now on lol…I don’t have one complaint about this home in fact this was our first visit and won’t be our last.. The best a new tradition has been started and we appreciate you as a host! Thanks Lenny

Winter weekend getaway with friends

Came to the mountains to celebrate my wife’s birthday with a group of friends. The house fit us all perfectly and there was plenty of parking. House was so close to camelback so we were able to easily go tubing. Would love to go back in the summer/spring to use the pool next time!
