The main level has a spacious kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room. There is a sliding glass door that leads to an outdoor deck with a grill and deck and a great view of the mountain
One of the best things about this condo is the close proximity to Camelback Ski Area and Camelbeach Water Park. It is a ski-in ski-out unit. Camelback Ski area offers downhill skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, lessons and more. There are 33 ski and snowboard trails and a snow tubing park. The WATERPARK is great with 25 slides and CBK ACTION park open year round. ALSO WE ARE RIGHT NEXT TO BIG POCONO STATE PARK, ZIP LINES AND MOUNTAIN COASTER, GREAT HIKING AND WILDLIFE AND A SHORT DRIVE TO BUSHKILL FALLS AND CAVERNS

For summer enjoyment the Camelbeach water park has water slides, a wave pool and an Olympic-size swimming pool. You can also play miniature golf or ride the chair lift for breathtaking mountain views. CBK offers an amazing obstacle coarse with many ziplines, zipline only options, segways tours and a mountain coaster for your enjoyment. The mountain coaster is open year round and all of CBK is open Mid April through Mid November.

The Village at Camelback also offers a sports complex facility that includes an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room, an indoor tennis and basketball court as well as outdoor tennis courts. The Village is next to Big Pocono State Park where you can enjoy hiking and some of the best Pocono Mountains scenery.

Disappointed despite great location.

Owner needs to invest in upkeep. Appliances are old and not kept clean. Same with furniture. The toaster was a fire hazard as the cord and plug overheated and was HOT to touch. Few pots/pans and none with lids. Difficult to use TV in great room with 3 different remote controls and the main remote was fickle and missing part of the housing. After I suggested a partial refund the owner stopped communicating with me immediatly. I took plenty of pics and hope I can upload them to my review.

The mountain townhouse was very nice and clean. Everything was modernized and satisfied all our needs. The owner is very nice and even gave us an extra day to stay at no charge, would definitely recommend anyone to stay there. The location was very good as well.

Stayed here for two nights for midweek skiing at Camelback. Rental is a short stroll away from Laurel Glade (green) trail. Excellent communications with owner Kim. In addition to providing tons of info on local restaurants & attractions in advance, he also offered us great advices on how to optimize your experience skiing at Camelback.

Kim was a pleasure. He really made the stay totally worth it! The instructions were spot on, and the pictures depict the condo to a tee. There aren’t many updates to the condo which made it feel like a rustic cabin. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The slopes were less than a minute walk away, which was convenient for our little snowboarders. Overall nice stay! It was exactly what we expected for the price we paid.

Great home!

Kim, you have a wonderful home that was perfect for our family four. Plenty of room for us and the two kids. The kids got a kick out of the loft and loved playing up there. The kitchen was stocked and had no problem cooking any meals. The beds were so comfortable and having all of the linens there was a plus. Such a quick walk right to the trail. The pool was perfect to take a break from the slopes. Kim had great recommendations and was accessible for any questions during our stay. Thank you again and we look forward to staying again!

Kim was very helpful and always got back To me about any questions. Great place to unwind. Clean and comfortable. Good size place fo our group of 11 people. Kids had a great time. Close to outlets, Restaurants and literally 10 min from camelback. We had a great time and felt at home in Kim’s place. She is very gracious: excellent experience. She even through in a free night! And let us leave late. Pool down the mountain by the entrance was great, staff is excellent and helpful. We will definitely come back! Thanks again Kim for sharing your wonderful home and helping us make lasting memories, it was a great family getaway.

It was dirty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend. There were even little things that made our stay annoying like no batteries in the remote and ants in the bathroom. The air conditioning is only on the first floor. It does NOT cool ANY of the bedrooms.

We enjoyed the ski in/ski out access, made even easier with the keyless entry. The bigger kids were able to come and go as they wanted, making skiing with the littles that much easier. My family and I were very pleased with our overall experience. The house is located in a nice area with nice neighbors. A major plus was that the camel beach water park was just a 5 minute drive and that park is awesome!! The owner is very helpful and easy to contact via email/phone. It was really a pleasure dealing with the owner as she made me feel at ease when booking. The village offers a nice indoor pool at no extra cost which we enjoyed too!!
