Welcome to Camelback Mountain Trailside Retreat in the Poconos, we've been waiting for you! This beautifully outfitted home offers unparalleled access to the iconic Camelback Mountain Resort. Enjoy authentic mountain living in the Northridge Community in this three-bedroom, two-bath vacation home, which features a stone fireplace, outdoor deck with a grill and Camelback Mountain views. It’s the perfect retreat after a fun day on the mountain and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Please note, we have a 3 night minimum for the following holiday weekends: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day.

Snow skiing, snow tubing, indoor and outdoor water parks, shopping, hiking, state parks, wineries, & so much more! Enjoy our arcade & board games, smart TV's, fast, free Wi-Fi, coffee bar and more! Just a 10 minute walk to Camelback!

Come and relax at your home away from home and leave the work to us! We’ve thought of just about everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The Poconos is a four-season attraction area, with something to do all year around. Skiing, hiking, zip-lining, snow-tubing, white-water rafting, casinos, outlet shopping, wineries, the list is endless! You can even book a tour with Pocono Wine Tours and be picked up and dropped off at our house for hassle-free fun! Less than 2 hours from NYC, this is the perfect destination for a mountain getaway any time of the year!

Our community has a beautiful outdoor pool (open seasonally). Eight (8) seasonal pool passes are included!! With so much to do in the surrounding area you’ll never be bored!

The open, spacious layout is great for families to spend time together making memories talking or playing games around the dinner table (seating for 8) or watching a movie fireside on our gigantic couch. We provide the firewood, games, and books for your enjoyment! Challenge your friends to a game of Pac-Man, Galaga, and more on our classic video arcade game! Can you beat the high score? Free and fast Wi-Fi, too!

The fully stocked kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances includes all cooking and baking essentials, dinnerware, glasses, utensils, plus basic spices, cooking oil, napkins, paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap and dishwashing detergent. Grill up a juicy steak on our gas Weber grill on the private back patio that looks out onto Camelback Mountain (propane tank included). We even include supplies to make homemade Belgian waffles on our double waffle maker! Enjoy our fully stocked coffee bar, where you can brew up a pot of fresh coffee or use our coffee pods for a single cup. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, flavor syrups, sugars/sweeteners and creamers are all included. Please note that we stock a starter set of paper towels (1 roll in kitchen) and toilet paper (3 rolls in each bathroom).

Not interested in cooking on vacation? No problem! We have lots of amazing restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Dine in, or delivery, the choice is yours! We provide a list of recommendations when you arrive, or just ask, we’re happy to help!

When it’s time to retreat, get a great night's sleep in one of our comfortable four new queen-sized beds, each provided with soft cotton linens and cozy blankets for a night of peaceful serenity. Watch your favorite Netflix show on any of our 4 smart TVs (including one in each of the three bedrooms; living room smart TV also includes basic cable & music channels). Outlets and USB ports right beside each bed to charge your devices overnight!

We provide all clean and sanitized linens, blankets and bath/hand towels and wash cloths. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit as well, with laundry detergent provided. Why stay at a hotel when you can have all of the comforts of home? We’d love to have you as our guest in our Camelback Mountain Trailside Retreat!

We love our dogs and are dog-friendly! You must select the number of dogs you will be bringing just like you do for adults and children. This way, the pet fee is included in your quote. A $75 pet fee, (PER PET), will apply for each dog and if the pet feature is not selected, we will be requested as an additional payment. Pets must be leashed within the community.

Cleaning practices:
Our professional cleaning/sanitizing team uses disinfecting products to sanitize our home after each rental. We take Covid seriously and have very high standards for our cleaning/sanitizing team.

*High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles and faucets).

*All towels, bedding and blankets washed in hot water that's at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit (bleach used for towels and bedding).

*Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact.

*Follows industry health associations: SafeStay (AHLA - USA)

** Please, NO SMOKING in our home. There will be a $300 charge for anyone who smokes in the house**

Additional property/community details:

Our unit is located inside the beautiful Northridge at Camelback Mountain community. A few community standards you should be aware of before requesting to book are as follows:

*Security: Although it is not a gated community, there is visible 24/7 security that patrols the area for everyone’s safety.

*Parking: The license plate numbers for all vehicles are required. There is parking for two vehicles directly outside of our unit, and additional parking is available in the overflow lot (.5 miles away). Additionally, the full legal name of all adult overnight guests must be registered in advance as required by our homeowner's association.

*Outdoor Pool: For pool passes, names of all guests who request to use the pool must be given at least 5 days in advance to be added to the welcome list. (Outdoor pool available seasonally.)

*Fireworks: No Fireworks of any type may be used or set off within our community at any time!

*Trash: Garbage can be disposed of in our community trash compactor. There is no curbside trash collection. Garbage can never be left outside the unit at any time and may attract bears.

*Please note that this unit shares a wall with one other unit. We appreciate your respect of our neighbors’ right to a quiet community. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially within quiet hours in the community between 10pm - 8am.

*Citations and additional cleaning fee: Security officers are on patrol 24/7 and violators of these rules may receive a ticket and fine. The booking guest assumes the responsibility for any and all citations issued during their stay, including any damage or additional cleaning fee beyond any security deposit.

*All on-site community amenities and off-site attractions may not be available due to Covid-19 restrictions at the time of travel. Unfortunately, we have no control over any restrictions put in place by local or state government.

Summer Kick Off

The property listing is exactly as listed. It was very lovely and it accommodated our family of 5 as well as our fur baby. There was enough space for us to have our own time yet plenty of space for us to come together as a family for meals, tv, and fun. Lots of games provided and my son (21) and I especially loved the large connect 4 board. Although we did not use the grill, there was one available on the deck that we sat on each night. The only member of our family not thrilled was our dog Lulu. It was her 1st family vacation and she was very home sick even though treats were provided for her by the hosts. I forgot her dog bowls and to my surprise there were some waiting for her arrival. Mostly everything you need was available or provided but I do have a few suggestions that would make it perfection or more homey for me. I hand wash my dishes even though I have a dishwasher myself so a dish tray to put on top of the dish mat would be helpful. The bedroom with the 2 beds was hot. There was an AC unit in the closet but honestly, it was not something I wanted to take the time to hook up. Perhaps having it ready before hand would be helpful. Finally, a simple candle to light with a cabin scent would put a charming final touch to what was already great. I light one nightly while watching TV. Very nit picky things but honestly there was nothing negative about our stay. We're considering a winter trip and would love to stay here again. Oh, and great communication with the hosts t

Cozy ski house!

We rented the house because we planned to ski at Camelback for a few days. The proximity to the mountain made it possible to ski for a few hours and then take turns taking a break at the house when the kids were tired. It was no big deal to rush back for a forgotten phone or to meet at the mountain for lunch with non skiing members of our group. We were so happy with this beautiful home! It had all the comforts of home, including a cozy fireplace, comfy couch and beds, games to play as a family, and everything we needed to make dinner when we were too exhausted to go out! Family weekend

Cousins Weekend

Perfect long weekend with cousins of all ages. Night of tubing and two days skiing, couldn’t have asked for a better location or property to stay at. The hosts were excellent in all aspects! Answering questions, providing suggestions and very responsive. There were six of us with plenty of room, highly recommend!

Fall getaway

Had a great long weekend visiting pumpkin patch and visiting local brewery. Camelback had lots of festivities going on. After a long day out it was nice to head back to this beautiful home to sit by the fireplace, and watch movies and play games with the family. Home was completely stocked with everything we needed!

Our new regular rental!

My immediate family and I rented this property to visit extended family in the area. We cannot wait to stay again! The property is very conveniently located to everything we love to visit/restaurants where we love to eat. The property was immaculately clean, the hosts had exceptional communication, and the views and house amenities were excellent. The front entry to the property was very well maintained, making unloading cars easy! Appliances are all updated and clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The unit was quiet and serene. Everything we could have wanted! We only wish we could have stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back!

This was an excellent stay and very clean property. Very close to Camelback and surrounding restaurants. We were bummed Camelback decided to close earlier for the season but the property owners gave us a heads up when announced which helped alter our plans. I would not hesitate to stay at this property!

Excellent value - Pristine property and location.

First of all, thank you for hosting us. This property is in excellent condition, well appointed, stocked and thoughtfully decorated and staged. The owners were very responsive and accommodating since we had a dog and needed a later checkout. The communication between us was very good since we were armed with so much information before getting there. The photos do not do this place justice. It is very comfortable, pristinely clean and has everything you could want or need one a ski vacation. It's very close to the resort, easily walkable, tho we drove because we have young kids. I think it sleeps 8, we were only 4, but this is easily a better place to stay than at the resort. No contest. We shall be back.

I sincerely want to thank them for keeping such a nice home with all the amenities including a waffle maker and mix and syrup! What a great home and they keep it so meticulous too. We will definitely want to return again… it truly made our whole trip! And Pac Man too!!! Wow. What a great weekend we had!! Thank you Greg and Christine!

Pocono Paradise

The house is extremely clean and in a good location. Greg and Christine are great hosts. They have thought of every detail to make our time at their house more enjoyable. The “sheets” are so-o soft. Another plus is waking up in the morning and seeing “Bambi” and his friends in the back yard. We had a great time!

A sweet spot in the Poconos

Greg and Christine are incredible hosts! They really take care to ensure that you have all the information you need prior to arriving and that you have all the bases covered during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked (we do a lot of home cooking and had all the items necessary!), the beds and couch are very comfortable, and they even have extras for you in the bathroom! My son LOVED playing the games. And the location is perfect. We would absolutely return to this location. Thank you to our incredible hosts!!

Last days of summer

Great family trip with kids to enjoy the last days of summer. Greg and Christine are super responsive and their home was convenient and had everything we needed. Very close to Camelback. We went hiding at Bushkill Falls and Big Pocono State Park. Community pool was great!

Great family gathering

Great house. Great for someone that can not do stair well as there is a bedroom on the first floor with full bathroom. Lots of privacy. I would recommend at least four days as we would have loved to stay longer.
